Organize an existing Figma file with PageGenius

Turn an inconsistent page list into a structure that helps collaborators find active work and approved designs.

Audit before changing the structure

Read the existing page list and identify active work, reference material and archives. Duplicate an important file before a large reorganization. Renaming a page can affect how colleagues recognize it, so choose familiar names and explain the new structure inside the file.

Apply the organization

Open PageGenius Pro and use its page editor to arrange and name the pages. Add dividers where they separate meaningful groups. If you use emoji, keep the written label as well. Treat nested-looking page names as a visual organization convention; they should remain understandable in Figma’s page list.

Verify before deleting pages

Open the important pages after reorganizing them. Confirm the expected content is still present, then share the new naming convention with the team. Review any bulk-delete selection carefully: an old page may still contain a useful reference or component.
