Create a reusable project page structure
Use a short, repeatable page list that supports the way your projects actually move from exploration to handoff.
Begin with a small template
Try the example below on a test file. The cover page explains the project; exploration holds unfinished options; review contains work awaiting a decision; handoff contains the agreed result. Add pages only when there is a distinct audience or task.
Use PageGenius templates
Build the page structure in the plugin and save or generate it using the template controls available in your version. Apply it to an empty test file before using it on live work. A page template organizes the file; it does not by itself create your product’s components or project-specific content.
Maintain the convention
Write a one-sentence rule for what belongs on each page. Move obsolete exploration into an archive when the project closes. Review the template after a few projects and remove categories that stay empty.
Example to adapt

01 — Exploration
02 — Review
03 — Handoff
90 — Archive
